Best Practices With Oracle Process Accelerators

How can organizations reach BPM “process excellence” faster, thus delivering consistent value with BPM? One of the current trends includes adopting “process templates”. Oracle Process Accelerators are pre-built business process solutions that can be deployed as-is, or extended to meet customer-specific requirements. Generic templates or frameworks are important, however not enough to really affect an organization’s productivity with BPM. This webcast presents an “under the hood” view of Process Accelerator best practices and patterns that can serve as blueprints for organizations striving to reach maturity in their process-driven solutions.

Cesare Rotundo, Director Product Management, Oracle
As the Product Management lead of the Oracle Process Accelerators team, Cesare extends his track record of envisioning, evangelizing, and delivering valuable solutions and product/service offerings. His previous experience spans Product Management (Vendavo, Inc.), Software Engineering (IBM), Sales (E2open), and Consulting (Deloitte), where he managed large implementation teams in projects involving ERP, CRM, Pricing, Supply Chain, BPM/EAI/B2B, Portals, J2EE, SOA and composite apps. His business approach has been primarily on cross-industry, with more emphasis on High Tech and CPG, and business processes such as SCM, PLM, B2B, B2B2C, CRM, ERP, and eCommerce.
