Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is the global standard for modeling business processes. It provides a visual language that allows business analysts, process professionals, and technical teams to clearly document how work flows through an organization.
In this course, you will learn how to use BPMN to model business processes using a clear, structured approach. Participants will learn the core BPMN elements used to represent activities, events, decisions, participants, and process data.
Through examples and hands-on exercises, you will learn how to create BPMN diagrams that accurately represent how processes operate today and provide a foundation for analysis, improvement, and automation. By the end of the course, you will be able to read and create BPMN diagrams that clearly communicate process logic across business and technical teams.
Please note that this is day one only of a 2-day course. If you plan to work extensively with BPMN, we encourage you to register for the 2-day course.
