Are the skills that you’re trying to develop lead directly to business value? From the business perspective, what has changed and do we need to adjust our approach? Identify the pain points in an organization. Target what the gaps are, formulate a plan to close them. If you do have a L&D program, offer learning opportunities that your employees want to take part in.
