  • The Decision Management Framework
    Decision Management is the business discipline that enables your organization to get the most from business rules. It builds on existing IT assets and uses business rules to deliver simpler, smarter, more agile systems and processes.
    • Step 1: Decision Discovery and Modeling
      Scope and manage business rules projects by identifying the decisions that can be improved and modeling decision requirements before harvesting business rules.
