Case Study: BPM: Technology or Philosophy?

This presentation will cover BPM not as a technology but as a concept and a philosophy to enable businesses to become more agile and nimble. We will be looking at BPM as the design of business processes, implementation of business processes and the continuous monitoring of business processes. While most organizations and vendors are looking at this as a technology driven solution, this presentation will intend to show that while technology is an integral enabler for this transformation, the organization has to embrace this philosophy as part of its culture to achieve the agility and nimbleness that it is seeking.
