Michael Lim has over 10 years of process improvement and business strategy experience which root from his Supply Chain and process improvement background. He has held several strategic roles with leading BPMS providers like Appian, BEA Handysoft, and TIBCO. Additionally he co-developed the strategy for providing BPMS in the Cloud (Appian Anywhere). His range of experience in leading process improvement initiatives within government, FSI, and Telecommunications has helped him become a recognized strategic advisor for companies that have – or plan to purchase – a BPMS solution.
Michael is currently a Managing Partner for Magnolia Consulting Group. His BPM/SOA consulting organization provide both strategic and implementation services. Leveraging his 3 Squared approach for BPM/SOA, his group help improve the success factors in project implementation cycles and defining process-centric Center of Excellence.
