People are key to process improvement. Not only are they the holders of knowledge about how processes work, where they fail, and how they could be made better; they are also the determining factor in whether the resulting changes are adopted or rejected. For these reasons, learning facilitation skills to better elicit information, guide group discussion, and lead process improvement work sessions are crucial. Good facilitation helps the team to draw on its’ knowledge, wisdom, and experience to build better quality solutions.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience, Tammy & Michael will share their real-world knowledge and experience of facilitating process improvement work sessions. This is not just text-book knowledge or theory. As Certified Professional Facilitators they will share specific techniques and associated “Do’s and Don’ts” that you’ll be able to immediately apply to your projects. These techniques will accelerate the progress of your process improvement effort while building ownership of results.

    • Project Managers
    • Business Analysts
    • Quality Professionals (Green Belts, Black Belts, Quality Managers)
    • Team Leads

    • Process improvement requires skills to lead others in collaboratively building models. Many people may be able to create business process models individually, but facilitating their development with a team is an entirely different thing. This course will give you a new perspective on techniques you may already know.
    • The instructors come with real-world knowledge and experience stemming from over 20 years facilitating teams throughout the world and across various industries. So what you'll be learning is not merely theory, but lessons grounded in years of field practice.
