Round Table Details

BPM has evolved past the hype by delivering impressive business results. See how companies have solved business problems quickly through their BPM platform, and how some companies are pushing the envelope by taking BPM to the enterprise level. Recognize that BPM is real, and it is happening.

Learn how BPM is an integrator par-excellence, bringing all the functions of a company onto a common process platform through its four-part architecture. BPM brings all roles within the company onto a common meta-model of the business, thus eliminating miscommunication and mis-alignment between functions. BPM also synchronizes strategic plans with operational, tactical activities. BPM puts the customer first by forcing visibility into the entire value chain of the customer.

What works in implementing a BPM initiative?  How to get started? How to build on success? What is the role of a BPM Center of Excellence? Some of smartest practitioners and early adopters are asking these questions. Hear about some of the best practices in BPM adoption and implementation.

Dr. Garimella is the author of the 2006 business novel, The Power of Process: Unleashing the Source of Competitive Advantage, for senior managers and executives in IT and business.
