    Round Table Details

Struggling to get a grip on technology applications in the financial services and insurance space? Join leading IT research firm Forrester and Appian and as they explore modern process-based technologies and approaches.

Recent advances in Business Process Management (BPM) software coupled with proven best practices are having a tremendous positive impact on process-based areas across the enterprise. Rules engines and workflow systems are being replaced by sophisticated BPM platforms that enable business to respond with greater speed to ever-changing market conditions. Loan origination, revenue recovery, exception handling, and order management is just a few of the areas where companies are seeing immediate return on investment.

Join us on October 31, 2007 at 11:00AM EST and hear Mary Pilecki, Senior Financial Services Specialist at Forrester and Michelle Dufty, Product Marketing Manager at Appian, discuss real-world examples, success stories, and traps to avoid when considering BPM technology.

Mary Pilecki is a senior analyst whose research focuses on processes and technologies for retail financial services institutions. Her coverage includes business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management suites as tools to improve the customer experience across all channels. Michelle Dufty, Product Marketing Manager, Appian

Michelle is a seasoned professional with more than 12 years experience in the BPR/BPM space. Michelle spent her early years facilitating business process re-engineering engagements with large corporations as a consultant with both Ernst and Young and Andersen Consulting.
