    Round Table Details

Please join two well-known BPM industry thought leaders – Peter Fingar and Setrag Khoshafian – for a provocative, informative, and interactive session as they present Seven Critical Strategies to Succeed in BPM.

BPM is working – but sometimes it is hard to see why one BPM project is a success, and another is not. This webinar builds on real-world experience and on-going observation of businesses that have used BPM to make substantive and continuous improvements in productivity, growth, and compliance. What makes a BPM project successful? Is it change management? Methodology? Technology? And can a BPM software implementation succeed if it is surrounded by aging technology infrastructure? What strategies should you use if your BPM goals include both global expansion and compliance? Register today and learn how you can plan for success, instilling in your BPM projects the kind of leadership and accountability that make the biggest difference to your organization.
