They brought in a document management system and to address their immediate pain around document storage and routing.  But Lincoln Trust’s initial workflow projects quickly evolved into a much broader initiative to improve processes across the enterprise – and they called on Lombardi to provide a more powerful platform to support their understanding and implementation of their key processes.

Bill Garner and Alana Schock from Lincoln Trust Company will share their experiences about evolving a document workflow program into a BPM program using Lombardi's Teamworks and Blueprint tools.  They will also share the lessons learned from implementing their first Teamworks processes across the enterprise.
