Many organizations understand the value of managing processes that create value for their customers. However, there is limited understanding of the emerging Process-based model for managing organizations. This session will review the Process-based Management loop, which allows an organization to identify:The initiatives currently being utilized in an organization and a framework for identifying how they align (through use of a Discipline model) ;A Process-based Management Assessment Framework, which is targeted at determining how an organization is changing its "management approach" to become process-based, rather than targeting the specific performance of individual processes.The attributes and characteristics an organization can expect to see as it becomes more mature (through a Process Continuum model).
