Recently the BPM industry has added rules engines into their products. Merging BPM and BRMS in SOA environments is part of the movement to ‘Agile Enterprises’ (AE). One AE goal creates simplified, flexible processes that responsively handle changes in strategy, events, and competitive conditions.
