Featuring: Sandra Lusk, President, ABPMP.org Portland Chapter
Business Process Management has come a long way in recent years. Everywhere we look there are conferences, articles, new books and new technologies being promoted. Executives and practitioners are gobbling up the information as fast as it becomes available. BPM is the new buzzword and everyone is talking about it. So what happens when the honeymoon is over? Why are BPM Professionals in many organizations that had embraced BPM suddenly finding themselves not only facing serious opposition to moving to the next phase but struggling to maintain the ground already gained? We’ll explore some of the reasons why this happens and look at possible ways to keep the momentum going.
