    Several of the contributing authors to the exciting new book "The Business Rule Revolution" meet to discuss their view on the state of the revolution. Each provides an overview of their contribution to this anthology of real-world experiences.

    Barbara von Halle: Barbara is the primary author of the seminal text "The Business Rules Approach" that serves as the foundation for Business Rule Practices today. Barbara moderates the panel and shares insights that transcend all contributing authors of "The Business Rule Revolution."

    James Taylor: James will descend from the Blogosphere from whence he observes the revolution to share with us his insights into the emerging world of Enterprise Decision Management, the area of his contribution to the book.

    Brian Stucky: As a leading practitioner of Business Rules, and formerly an Enterprise Rules Steward at one of the largest financial institutions in the US, Brian shares with us in the "Business Rule Revolution" how to Position the Enterprise for Business Rules: People, Processes, and Organization. Few authors bring a breadth of experience in Business Rule governance than does Brian. Those who have been to his public presentations know that he is a dynamite speaker!

    Barbara Von Halle - Founder, Knowledge Partners, Inc.Barbara von Halle is the founder of Knowledge Partners, Inc., a company leading clients through successful business rule projects through the licensing of KPI STEP™, a Business Rule Management Took Kit. A pioneer in Business Rules, Barb received the Outstanding Individual Achievement Award from the International Data Management Association. As a journalist, she wrote for Database Programming and Design Magazine and co-authored several books. Her most recent book, Business Rules Applied (co-authored with a KPI business rule team) was an unexpected finalist for the Software Development Jolt Award.

    Henry Bowers, Director, Business Rules Product Marketing, ILOG

    Henry Bowers is the Product Marketing Director for BRMS at ILOG, where he oversees all product marketing aspects of ILOG's business rule management systems product line. Bowers has spent over nineteen years in the software industry, working in both the public and private sectors. He specializes in developing and marketing advanced automation technologies.

    Bowers is the author of several published technical and management papers and has spoken at many conferences. Bowers holds a BSE from Princeton University, an MS in Computer Engineering from George Mason University, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
