Change is the heart and soul of business optimization. Yet many business optimization

Ms. Turturici is a senior business architect and change management consultant
for Collaborative Consulting. She has over 25 years of domestic and international
experience applying proven approaches for implementing high-performance business
process designs and managing the associated organizational change. Deborah is
adept at developing and leading teams during large-scale, complex change initiatives.
She is focused on helping leaders define their strategies, assess their operations
and implement realistic change management programs.
Marilyn Martin: Director Business Architecture Practice, Collaborative
Consulting
Ms. Martin is the business architecture practice director for Collaborative
Consulting’s national practice. She has over 30 years of experience both
in the private sector and consulting, and has created and managed the implementation
of business solutions for leading companies in a broad range of industries and
product lines. Marilyn has a keen ability to identify the strategic imperatives
of the business, design supporting business architecture, and identify and plan
the initiatives required to execute.
Carrie Manzella: Business Data Architect, Collaborative Consulting
Ms. Manzella is a business data architect and management consultant for Collaborative
Consulting. Carrie has more than 14 years of technical and business experience
and specializes in Healthcare. Her experience includes creating and managing
the implementation of technology solutions and leading Change Management initiatives.
Carrie has a strong ability to assess business and technical requirements and
provide solutions and options that meet the needs of both.
