Workshop description: BPMInstitute.org's Innovation Workshops feature the industry's premier BPM Solution Providers who will present "hands-on" workshops and who will share case studies and innovative ideas for applying management disciplines, architectural principles and enabling technologies.  

Join us on September 23rd for the workshop "BPM in Action" where participants will learn, how BPM solutions are architected, what are the key requirements to keep in mind for an enterprise class BPMS. They will see a detailed demo on how the process based applications are modeled, deployed and improved. They will also have an opportunity to learn from the real life case studies on how BPMS has helped various government organizations.

This allows you to future‐proof your BPMS investment and avoids the expense for new tools when the need for other usage patterns arises. No enterprise wants to have a different BPMS for each usage pattern.
