    Workshop Description:

    As process management begins to blur the traditional boundaries of the organization, a more transparent and accurate decision making process is necessary. This workshop builds a comprehensive understanding of how to best address this challenge with a focus on developing a firm understanding of the emerging roles of process owner, process council, and the process office.
