Will existing BPM vendors rise to the challenge of emerging OMG standards or will new vendors stake a claim and give BPM a run for its money with Case Management as an alternate or complimentary approach?
Case Management Modeling Notation (CMMN) is emerging as a new standard to address semi-structured, ad-hoc, dynamic processes that organizations are increasingly facing these days.
"Now customers can address a much broader spectrum of processes using a combination of BPMN and CMMN".
- OMG
This workshop will explore the emerging OMG standards for Case Management and the morphing of BPM system vendors’ product features to meet the needs of Case Management applications. We will also examine the role of Cloud-based delivery systems and their likely effect on Case Management solutions.
