William Ulrich is President of Tactical Strategy Group, Inc. and a strategic planning consultant. He has been helping corporations and government agencies develop and deploy architecture alignment strategies for more than 25 years. Mr. Ulrich serves as Co-chair of the OMG Architecture-Driven Modernization Task Force and his latest book is called "Legacy Systems: Transformation Strategies".
