    Process Improvement and Redesign Using Six Sigma
    Description: Provide training and facilitation services to develop process management and six sigma skills for the organization. This methodology will entail developing customized training package for key staff members in process improvement methodology and work with them to determine the process improvements through facilitation. This methodology will provide your staff with tools and skills required to make continuous improvements after our facilitation has ended. The skills required for process improvement will be transferred to your organization, minimizing the need for ongoing consulting services.
