Offering Description:
BPM is a Management Discipline centered on managing its end to end core processes in order to achieve the organization’s strategy and performance goals.  An organization manages by process when it:

  1. Agrees what its processes are,
  2. Knows how they interact,
  3. Knows what each process delivers,
  4. Knows how well each process performs,
  5. Can measure its processes effectively and manage by these metrics, and 6) has an owner for each process.

There are a number of organizational and managerial elements to a successful deployment of BPM.  A facilitated workshop is delivered for each of these four workshops:

  • How to gain buy-in from senior management for process orientation (1 day)
